Welcome to Leadership on Tap | Talking Leadership Development and Reviewing Great Beer! We have a passion for all things leadership-related, especially helping high-potential military and civilian leaders unleash their true potential. Collaborating and sharing unconventional, yet practical leadership wisdom and observation reinforces our passion.

Fulfillment and success is our mantra! We assist by coaching with you in the discovery of this process. We happen to be successful US Army Officers who understand that each individual has unique, often untapped potential, and we believe that deep down every elite leader has an innate desire to awaken and unleash this potential in their sphere of influence –  just as we expected it from the 1000+ Soldiers we collectively coached, led, and mentored over the past 10+ years!

Like you, we are constantly thirsty for further leader-development and are committed to excellence (in both leadership development, and great beer…) – we refuse to settle for anything less in our lives! We can help you:

  • Get 100% clear on your individual leadership philosophy
  • Maximize and unleash your untapped potential
  • Challenge yourself to a higher standard than the status quo (Center of Mass…)
  • Identify and leverage your unique skills and abilities
  • Discover your unique personality and leadership style and leverage these to your advantage
  • Collaborate with other high potential leaders and military veterans
  • Project yourself to unlimited success
  • Break free from the typical “9am-5pm” rat race (if that’s your ultimate goal)
